About us
My name is Victoria Stutzer, owner of The Organized Baker, based in St. Simons Island, Georgia. I run a boutique baking business specializing in my signature Chocolate Kahlua cakes along with a variety of custom specialty cakes. Baking allows me to create joy in the form of flavor, and I love helping people celebrate life’s sweetest moments. I am a one woman show, meaning every cake you receive is baked and packaged by me personally.
I’m also a professional organizer with a focus on kitchens and pantries. Because I spend so much time baking and cooking myself, I design spaces that are not only beautiful to look at but truly functional to use. My goal is to transform kitchens into places that feel calm, efficient, and inspiring.
This business started years ago and grew very organically. I began gifting my cakes to some friends and clients and before long everyone wanted to know where to get cakes and started placing orders.
At home, I’m a wife and a proud mom to two incredible kids (16 and 20) and a devoted dog mom. My family lives and breathes small business life — entrepreneurship is part of who we are. My husband is the co-owner of a restaurant and food truck, and together we understand the passion, dedication, and heart it takes to run a business built on service and creativity. Our family is built on love, creativity, hard work and a love for all things food and home.
Whether I’m perfecting a cake recipe or reorganizing a pantry, everything I do is rooted in family, craftsmanship, and the belief that the kitchen is the true heart of the home.
I created this space to share not only a little bit about myself but to help inspire you with ideas, recipes, and just general tips and suggestions. I also share stories to help encourage you to pursue whatever side hustle you're thinking about and help motivate you to create the life you want. I often joke with my husband, about how we are scrappy and somehow just make things happen…definitely a quality that comes in handy in the unpredictable world of being an entrepreneur. By no means is this a space of the perfect Instagram filter world….sometimes things are styled and beautiful and other times I'm merely getting by. It's doing my best in a life full of surprises, trying to appreciate the humor of it all. So I want to share that outlook and approach with all of you.
